材料:
牛腩1公斤 蘿蔔2條 薑/蔥/蒜 隨意
香料:
八角/花椒/小茴香/香葉/柱皮 隨意(可以不加)
調味:
柱候醬3-4湯匙 / 冰糖1-2湯匙 / 水1杯 /生抽1-2茶匙/ 蠔油1-2茶匙
味道濃淡可以自行調整

電子壓力煲:
煎炒功能炒材料
燉肉功能20-30分鐘
再一次燉肉功能8-10分鐘
